Re: Hi from Uttoxeter

No not had that. Do have the annoying bug that when listening to podcasts (doesn't happen with radio or Spotify) the satnav talks and the podcast volume is muted but doesn't come back up. So you manually increase it. Then next after the next sat nav announcement the volume of the podcast is too high...

Re: Difficulty getting charge started

No word from Renault on this and its increasingly a pain not being able to reliably charge. We are getting into the unfit for purpose territory now as an electric car that can't be charged reliably is just aheap of metal. expensive metal at that.

Is there a list of car functions Google can control?

I've discovered some of the commands Google can respond to like the heated seats and steering wheel, volume. But there are also many it can't respond to.

Re: Eco Mode for heating?

I run with the heating in eco and I've not noticed anything different. So just use it like that. The dash brightness seems to be pretty hopeless and anything other than auto is just too bright. The way it steps up and down in brightness is pretty annoying but you live with. The knock in the back may...

Lost 8% charge overnight.

Did a long 200 mile run and on the way home topped up with charge to leave me with 10% charge when I arrived home. As normal the car over estimated the charge needed quoting 9% left anticipated at end of journey as we left the rapid charger. But we showed 12% as we pulled on the drive. I plugged in ...

Why isn't there a smart charging option available?

While doing my daily dance of unplugging and re plugging my Megane into my Zappi charger to try and get some sort of Eco charging going on with the intermittent sunshine today I was in the My Renault app on the charging screen toggling between the 3 charging modes in the hope I could get the Megane ...

Re: Regenerative braking "drag" on accelerator?

I think for the throttle to act as both accelerator and regen brake the mapping of the throttle peddle position changes as you increase or decrease the regen level. With no regen the full travel if the throttle relates to acceleration. But in full regen. The first half the travel is about regen so y...
