As a software dev myself, and given that some hardware changes are said ton be required, this is probably just a matter of priorities.

I used a similar feature on a hired ID3 and I hated it. It once read a slip-road speed limit sign of 30mph when I was driving on a dual carriageway at 70, and slammed on the brakes.
