Hi Phorridge, Thank you for the update. According to the dealer, the motor had a malfunction so they changed it (still haven't quite figured out how a motor can prevent the car from charging... but I'm not an eletrician). Still waiting for them to finish this reparation. Hopefully, it should be done...

I saw somewhere that the key must not be placed in the phone tray ever. I don't recall if it was in the megane manual or other car's manual.

Might hav something to do with that.
