Thanks to a group on Facebook,I have now confirmed that there is a heat pump present in my techno megane. Also to clarify, the heat pump is not standard but is an option as listed for the techno model in that list, but I paid for this option at purchase.

Thanks, I saw that list but assumed it was just a copy of the same features for all cars that they have on the website.
