I've had the same issue one time nearly a year ago, but never happened again

Re: Battery showing as at 99% after 80% charge on Ohme charger
Hi soops thanks for your response. We are with Octopus as well. Have not set up the EV tarrif yet. Only done one charge so far with the Ohme home pro. I get what you say about the 280 mile range (as advertised) being optimistic. The bit I am still struggling with - If I set the Ohme charger to char...

Re: Battery showing as at 99% after 80% charge on Ohme charger
Did you set the limit in car or in the charger?
I would go off the car as the accurate reading and use the in car battery limiter in the future to stop it going beyond what you want the change to be

Re: Seat belt holders too short
Totally agree. Just got this car yesterday and am already frustrated by all of its shortcomings; Slow and unintuitive software. Pointless start button. Big clumsy key fob thats not connected to user profile and is just begging to be left in car by accident. impractical boot. Harman Kardon sound sys...

Octopus Agile has changed the way I charge
So I've recently swapped to Octopus Energy to get their Agile tariff. I was originally with British Gas but after hiking my peak rate to 32p/kWh, I decided that I was paying far too much just to get off-peak rates (12p/kWh) for my car. With Octopus, my "peak" rate, averages at around 15-17...

Re: Battery dropped to 0% after being parked for 20 minutes
Didn't happen again, never got a reason why for Renault, even though I reported it.
I don't think the battery actually died, maybe the battery management system screwed up and thought it was at 0%.
It's been running fine ever since, but it's due for a service soon so I'll bring it up then

Re: TOTAL MILES ON FULL CHARGE
We've had our Megane 11 months now and done 12000 miles. Last winter when we got it I was shocked to be getting 180 miles per 100% charge. Mid summer in eco and light driving we could get 240 miles or so. We normally charge to 80 or 85% and aim to not drop below 10% But we regularly charge to 100% ...

Re: Brake pedal clicking noise
Sometimes, but not all the time. Most of the time it's a click, others it's a "thunk". I believe it's the break pedal resetting to it's normal position after depressing to stop

Re: A cable to charge from home?
If all you have is a socket (make sure it can take the load) then that will work just fine. I have an old Nissan Leaf charger that I take to charge while I'm at work. As a previous commenter said though, it is slow. In an 8 hour work day I get about 35% charge, which is plenty to get to and from work.

Re: Stop screen powering off while charging
If you press the "engine" on button, without pressing the brake pedal, the infotainment system should stay on until you turn it off
