Once I linked the My Renault account to the car the data plan seemed to be working. No actual confirmation message to say it is working but has been on fine.

Had it in today for checking. They are ordering a whole new charging port assembly. Will be a week out two before it arrives unfortunately.

Yeah the app is a nightmare to get going. My Equilibre took 2 weeks in December to get going and a couple of days for my launch edition I got 2 weeks ago. Essex boy too here!

Picked up my second Megane on Saturday. I noticed the charge flap is not as secure as my older one. The whole port assembly seems to be slightly lower down with a small gap at the top. Have tried to see if it clicks in place higher but no luck. Will probably have to take it back to be looked at.
