The my Renault app revamp looks cool and adds new features such as being able to set the air conditioner temperature remotely and make the headlights flash- presumably to help find the car when further away than the key remote reaches.

Now it’s working again. I contacted Renault tech support and it was working the following day- not sure what they did; or even if it would have started working again on its own.

For the past week or so setting any route on the app comes up with a ‘No route found’ message.
The app continues to work normally setting charge and climate control remotely and google maps in the car works perfectly.
Anyone else having this?

It seems to have changed the way google maps interacts with the car.
When entering a long journey it no longer seems to give a choice of charging stops, but says they will automatically change.
I’m not sure if this is entirely helpful, but haven’t had the need to try it out yet.

Yippee, at last all is returned to normal.
Tabs for charge control reappeared yesterday and today they actually work!
Let’s hope for a reliable future…

Yes. We had a similar problem, which resolved after turning the phone on and trying another day.

Car updated and showing no faults but even after deleting the car from the app and my my Renault account from the car and reinstalling the problem remains the same: Charging control tab and button missing. Ours is very loud from the outside, not on the inside, when first turned on in hot weather. I assume just fans working hard not drowned out by noisy combustion engine.

Interesting, though I think removing the alarm is the best solution: can you remember anyone hearing a car alarm and thinking that it was being stolen??

App still not showing charging remote control. WhatsApp advisor awaiting feedback from technical team.
