Re: Tyres and Mileage achieved

I bought a couple of used tyres off a very helpful guy on eBay, again the Good Year OEM tyres with only 2000 miles usage. He took all 4 off his Megane E Tech and replaced them with Continental All Season Contacts, says the car behaves much more favourably with these. He also recommended having the w...

Horn makes a short peep when unlocking sometimes

Evening everyone. I’ve noticed this has been happening more frequently lately. Sometimes when you go to open the car just as it unlocks the horn sounds a short peep. Also, sometimes on approach it doesn’t unlock and you have to press the unlock on the remote. Could this be related? I’m wondering if ...

Re: Tyres and Mileage achieved

Hi Milkman. I posted a similar question on here recently. I’ve just renewed my front tyres and replaced them with identical Good Year items at a cost of £175 each fitted. This was at 15000 miles which I wasn’t too chuffed at. Now we have only owned the car since last September, it’s a MY2022 model. ...

Re: Radio stopped working

I had this happen to me last week.
I held the power button on the infotainment until it closed down.
This seemed to perform a sort of reset and the radio came back to life.
Give it a try, could solve your problem.

OpenR-link profile Picture

Happy new year everyone.
Does anyone know if it is possible to add your own picture to your OpenR-link profile rather than just selecting one of the standard avatars available.
I was in a friends BMW recently and their infotainment screen has a nice picture of his motor on the screen.

Re: Replacement tyres

You are probably accelerating too hard. If you are getting wheelspin in the dry, you definitely are. You'll never see 20,000 miles if you keep doing it. I think you’re right soops. Thing is, I nearly always drive the car in Eco mode, but most times when I get into the car after my wife it’s in spor...
