No picture but it was round the side to the right (that faces the door when shut. That panel came off and had bolts to the chassis.

I earthed mine under a bolt under the side panel I removed to run the cable down the A pillar into the fuse box area.

Just left mine for over 3 weeks (hooked up to Zappi charger) and it was fine on my return.

I've had a similar issue with the sound system seemingly having crashed. Any touch screen commands or other commands would take minutes to action. of course by then there were dozens of volume up down mute commands in the queue.
Turned off and turned on car a while later and all good.

Got my email today. My dealer hasn't got info on the update yet. But the earliest they could book me in was Oct 20th.

Yesterday the car told me it had an update.
Great I thought final after 7 months I'd get the charging fix Renault have identified and promised.
But no it was an update to fix electric motor failure.
Important no doubt but why wasn't the charging fix rolled out at the same time?
Not happy at all
