Stop screen powering off while charging

It might be quite basic for most, but I want to be able to use the radio, or amazon music while charging. How do I stop the screen from powering off?

If you press the "engine" on button, without pressing the brake pedal, the infotainment system should stay on until you turn it off

I have a Nov 23 model Tekno+, and the screen, every 3 minutes will power down whilst charging, even if I am listening to a podcast or even just watching the charging screen itself. Makes it hard as the aircon also switches off. Does anyone have a solution to this so I can keep the screen on or am I just unlucky and everyone elses is fine?

If you open and close the door the screens will come back online. Hope this helps.
