Something weird happened this morning in the car, I have no access to connected services in the car.
Worked for my initial short journey but now I have Vehicle Disconnected / Subscription for App Usage Deactivated, rang the Renault MM Team but I got the usual please send us loads of pictures.
Odd the car is showing I am connected, however I am clearly not, this is the forth issue in a week with a month old Megane, there is something going on with these my25 builds and Android 12.

Yeah, I had the little cross above the car this morning, most probably an issue at Renault.

Experiencing the same issue: the car is not connected (little X in upper left hand corner) and will e.g. not update maps. I've had this before in the 2+ years I'm driving my Mégane E-TECH, but I can't remember it to not resolve itself for so long. The My Renault app shows last contact at 17:21 on August 14th.

Hi, I’m having the same issue too. Car with x symbol on it but also WiFi with question mark on it too.
Does any one have the issue where they start the car and on the messages screen they get the my Renault an error occurred notification- I have had it months and can’t clear - just wondering if anyone else has managed it clear it? I’ve attached a photo of both

Same here in Croatia - car is still offline. I initially didn't see this thread, so I opened a new one: viewtopic.php?p=1942#p1942 Moderators, feel free to close the duplicate.
Even if I connect it via Wi-Fi (either hotspot or my home Wi-Fi in the garage), it's still not updating the battery state in the app.
I guess some Renault servers are offline - does anyone know which URL the car tries to access so we can scan them and possibly add a status monitor?
