Good evening.
Does anyone know if I can clear the service due in 30 days message that now appears on my display?
The car was serviced early in September, it was actually due in December.
It was carried out by the Renault main dealer who I bought the vehicle from.
The My Renault app says the next service is due in December 2025.
Can I clear this myself somehow or is it going to have to be a visit to Renault?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

There’s a video on YouTube showing scroll through with the right hand button on the steering wheel and it should bring mileage to service due and you should be able to clear it by holding the button up.
But unfortunately, this doesn’t come up for me when you scroll through.
Any other suggestions?

Just to let everyone know I have now sorted this problem thanks to a visit to Renault Sunderland.
The guy explained that to clear the service due message, carry out the following.
1 - turn on the ignition, that is, press the start stop button but don’t press the foot brake, this is effectively like turning on the ignition on traditional ICE powered vehicle.
2 - Next scroll through the menu with the right hand button on the steering wheel.
An extra feature now appears showing the mileage to the next service.
3 - Hold the button down until the message flashes, after a few seconds it will reset showing another 12 months to the next service and that’s it, done.
The service due message now doesn’t appear next time you start the vehicle.
Hope this helps anyone else trying to do this.
