Updated Android app shows preconditioning all the time

Noticed that since the app upgrade the app shows the car preconditioning all the time.
My wife and me have the app on our phones and its the same on both.
Tried uninstalling and re-installing on the [hones but no different.

So I can't start a precondition the app thinks its running all the time.

i had the same issue, required unlinking the car to the Renault service and relinking.
