Hi all,

Just picked up my Flame Red Megane Techno from Metro Brisbane Queensland. I live in the Lockyer Valley, about 70 Km from Brisbane ( an hour and 15 minutes' drive and 45minutes from Toowoomba)

I have had Renault vehicles since 1975, in the UK, move to Australia last year, unfortunately I did not transport my Zoe over to Australia, which I am not happy about, it was a super car, made a mistake in buying a MG 4 that lasted 3 months (not a very good car when have had Renault you know quality.

Unfortunately, it has been De-graded for the Australian market: cry:

I can only charge at 7Kw on 3 phases instead of 22Kw :-(

Unable to get My Renault app.

May be move :-(

My next project is to find out what is difference between UK charging circuit (ac to dc) and Australian charging circuit, whether the lead from wing input to ac to dc converter module or anything else.

Now had my E tech for 5 weeks, from Village Renault North Lakes Brisbane, finding it a very nice car, few things I am trying to work out is the App and also a couple of minor points.
Would love to hear from anyone who may be able to help or have a chat.

It would appear that your Scarborough is down Redcliffe away and I am at Ipswich and we purchased our vehicles pretty about the same time.
Like you I am enjoying and getting used to a very pleasant vehicle.

I am charging at home using a new 15amp circuit ret up by me electrician.
I am using a basic type 2 lead purchased on Bay.

Whilst all the instructions explain using the onboard software settings to control the charging time I am finding that no matter how I set up the instruction
it will start charging immediately. Instead of waiting for midnight as setup.

Do you have any similar experience or is your vehicle behaving itself ?
