Joined the priority list when it first opened, got the email confirmation, and have heard absolutely nothing since.
I know it hasn’t been long but has anyone heard anything eg. From their designated dealer??

No, I had to contract the dealer myself. I think I did get an email about the virtual tour available. With it.

What did the dealer say when you contacted them?
Anything on test drives or purchase, delivery dates?
Thanks

@Ob1ccfc

Dealer said expect private showing after 20 June. They had not been notified of my details by Renault. October for delivery was a possibility.

Can anybody help with how I set up a virtual tour? I had an invite email. I then set up a date and time and got back a confirmation email giving me a date and time and telling me to follow the instructions in the email. Unfortunately the email was completly blank so there were no instructions. I tried to go through the process again but can no longer get to the stage where you select a date and time (whatever I do, including going strainght from the offer of virtual tours on the Renault website, nothing happens when I click on the link to set up a date). I have tried customer services and have spent almost 2 hours trying to sort this out today. My experience of dealings with Renault so far have made me start to think about the (not that much dearer) Polestar again!

Same happened to me. I rescheduled for a day later and the email for that had all the relevant details.

Unbelievable I'm 2022!

It always amazes me just how poor car manufacturers are at basic communications. I suppose it needs join up with their dealer network. But that is kinda a fundamental requirement and theve had decades to sort it.

Thanks both. I can't get past the first page on the website to book another virtual tour but I had a call from Renault today confirming cars will be available for viewing from the 20th and the caller promised to send me a new invite. Nothing has arrived yet... However, if it's less than 3 weeks before the car can be viewed, I can survive without the virtual tour if I hear nothing . It sounds like cars will be moved around dealerships so may not be at my dealers on the 20th but should be pretty close to then. Fingers crossed!

I got a general Renault email inviting me to select a dealer for a viewing (it wasn’t from my designated priority list dealer). I selected 15 July.

Has this anything to do with the priority list??
