Cue every dog in the neighbourhood barking, curtains twitching, but thankfully no fire.

That was December, car required new DC inverter, new electric motor at a cost of 9k.

Rejection under consumer rights act accepted in writing a month ago, still awaiting refund.

Cars go wrong, how companies handle customers when it does go wrong leaves an impression.

No replacement car provided over Christmas, 78 days to repair and no consideration for the inconvenience.

I'll try a different brand when my refund finally arrives.
