What happened to the My Renault app?

I’m wondering if this is a widespread problem as Renault didn’t respond to my WhatsApp messages today, though they did promptly on Monday?

Mines OK apart from the contracts section is in French.

Now had reply from Renault. They've passed it to their technicians and will look into my frozen openR link 2.1.0 update too.

Mine today has contract information in French too, but still doesn’t have the charge planner back!
No reply from Renault still, I’ll have to try ringing them later…

App functionality restored this morning. It still has an expired Remote Services contract but also a new one valid until June 2029. No change on my stuck software update in the car.

App still not showing charging remote control. WhatsApp advisor awaiting feedback from technical team.
Contracts for connectivity still appear in French.
