Radio - 'Sorry I don't understand'

Seems my Renault Megane e-tech has a new quirk - along with the occasional volume going to max glitch, which makes driving while doing hard-reset interesting.
When I cycle through the various audio input options (e.g. bluetooth, radio presets), when I land on the built-in news channels like BBC (in the UK) I get the Google 'Sorry I don't understand' message.
Any ideas how to remove or fix this annoying situation.

Yep our Megane does the same. Was ok when we first got it, but one of the updates has caused it.

We also don’t know how to resolve this.

After we finally received openrlink 2.1.1 today, this problem has now resolved itself.

We’re awaiting 2.1.2 in the next few days, so hopefully it’ll stay working.
