I have a Megane ETech and an Indra Smart Pro charger.
I have been persevering with my attempts to get my Megane charging through Octopus Intelligent Go. I am over a month in now and the Mobilize Smart app is still looking very ‘Beta’ and it is still not initiating a charge. I have been sending regular screen shots to both the Octopus and Mobilize tech teams but we still do not have a workable solution. I am left to initiating a charge manually in the cheap hours which is less than ideal. I will persevere and report if we have success.
Octopus Intelligent Go now available for the Megane

Hi. I've just gone through the process of connecting the car, and the Mobilize app. I understand I need to set the charge schedule in the Mobilize app but what do I do on the car screen where I used to select 'delayed'. Anything?
Thank you! And if you have any other tips I'd be grateful to hear them!
Cheers
Trish
Hi sinlessUK
We have just had our Ohme Home Pro fitted on Friday.
We are with Octopus and are trying to switch to Intelligent Go but seem to be encountering some difficulties.
Not sure if it’s because it’s a new install and everything isn’t up and running yet, it says it can take up to 14 days.
Could you clear up the settings I have to make on the My Renault App, do I leave the charge planner on instant?
I like to think I’m quite tech savvy but must admit I’m a bit bamboozeled by this.
Also, do you set it up through the octopus app or the Ohme app, too many apps

My Renault App - I leave Charge Planner as default (Instant). In fact, I don't use it to initiate any charging just the Ohme app.Hoseman50 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 03, 2024 7:02 pmHi sinlessUK

I’ve already signed up for Electroverse, I’ve only charged at a public charger twice so far, both weren’t on the Electroverse app, a bit traumatic, but it’s a learning curve

For those without the Ohme charger this is how I've set it up with my Indra Smart Lux.
In my scenario there are four Apps at play, my charger's App (Indra Smart Lux), Mobilize Smart Charge, My Renault and Octopus. Anyway, my charger app is set to charge anytime the charger is plugged in (scheduled any time, full charge every day of the week). The Mobilize Smart Charge is set to Smart Charging to 80% and ready by 7:00 AM, this hands off to the Octopus App which picks up the 'charge by' time and battery %. The Octopus app determines the schedule but doesn't have any other options such as bump charging. The battery % is set by the car, either in the car or in the My Renault App, you can change the % in the Mobilize app but cannot go above the setting from the car. Bump charging appears to be via the My Renault app, not tried it yet. This worked yesterday as intended.
What I don't know yet is what happens if I try to use a public charger, there is a setting in the Mobilize app, 'Direct Charging' this is currently set to 0%. When I next try to use a rapid charger it will be interesting to see if this prevents the charge going ahead.
Update: Bump charging is via the mobilize app.
