Yesterday I wanted to activate A/C via the app and this failed. I ignored it and sat in the car and went on a shorter trip (cca 45-minute drive). Upon arriving, and spending cca 7% battery, I've noticed that the battery percentage in the iOS app didn't update.
On a return trip, I noticed that the car reports that it's offline. After arriving home, I connected the car to Wi-Fi (the Orange that Renault uses sometimes has roaming issues here in Croatia), but even though the connection was good (Google Maps is working correctly and shows live traffic updates), the system app is still showing that the car is offline. The issue persists even today.
So, my guess is that the problem might be on Renault's servers. Is anybody else experiencing similar issues? Does anyone know which IP or URL the car tries to connect to when reporting the battery state so I can check if the service is offline?
I haven't contacted Renault yet because yesterday was a holiday and tomorrow is already a weekend so I guess they are all enjoying the longer weekend. If it doesn't start working on its own, I'll try contacting them on Monday.
