Can u check my vin number against recalls have a knocking in the back and Renault are giving me off saying there is no recalls for bump stops or anything. That’s perfect , any chance of better image wanna send it on to Renault after sales
I also have a button in the App that shows that preconditioning is permanently switched on. But nothing is happening in the car.
Anyway, I followed a suggestion from this thread and set a programme for preconditioning and that did work as scheduled .
However the preconditioning button in the App still did not switch off or have any effect on the A/C.
So I might just set up a programme to Precondition for an 8.00am departure on Mon-Fri which would at least be helpful in frosty weather.
It's not as useful as a "working" preconditioning button in the App so I will keep trying other ideas.

Unfortunately, when I tried to set a preconditioning programme today, I got a message from Renault. I wasn't able to take a screen-shot but roughly it said;
"we are experiencing a technical problem on our server and our staff are working to fix things but we cannot process or confirm your remote instruction so please try again later" (or something like that)
On a positive note, the preconditioning button in the App has been switched off.
So when the my attempt to set a programme didn't work, I clicked on it.
Immediately I got another message from Renault which said roughly;
"your remote instruction has been successfully received but we are not able to confirm the request has been actioned" (or something like that)
When I checked the car, the A/C preconditioning worked perfectly, so the button definitely did work.
I'll check it again tomorrow
