Anyone else get a letter about EVs no longer being zero rated for road tax? When did that happen?! Was a surprise to me having to pay £190/year from April next year.

I knew it was coming but not heard anyone reporting on it.

Yes I got mine a week or so ago. The real stinger is the expensive car levy. Some people with big EVs will be paying £600.

This has been well reported in the media for the past 6 months.

Not so big EVs as it starts at £40k, not sure if the early Méganes came in under this price. Unless there is a change in the forthcoming budget a lot of Stellantis cars will fall foul of this.
Though I'm not sure if cars registered early on stay exempt.
