Hi all,
Ohme home pro or Zappi home charger for the Megane? Still waiting for the car to be delivered, looking to change energy supplier to Octopus.

Thanks

I went for Zappi for 2 reasons ....

Firstly it uses WiFi rather than a SIM card to communicate with the Internet - I thought this was important as WiFi will always be under my control whereas Ohme could decide - in the future - to charge for using their SIM.

Secondly - I liked the idea of Zappi being produced by a UK company so it would be easy to make contact if I ever need support.

I've had my Zappi (integrated to IOG) with my Megane for almost a month now and it's worked an absolute DREAM.

Whatever you buy - make sure you go for a tethered version as it's so much easier than faffing around with the plug in of charging cables all the time!
