Morning all,
Does anyone know why there’s no headlight beam adjustment inside the car?
It’s clear the headlight beam motors up and motors down as it changes from dipped beam to full beam, and back to dipped again.
Does the Megane have self levelling headlights?
Considering all the time and tech they put into the headlights, it wouldn’t surprise me at all.
I’d love to know!
Thanks!

Hi Guray,
I'm not ready to quit just yet.
I've been reading about auto-levelling headlights.
Some cars read the load at startup and set the headlights before driving off.
So, what I'm saying is, they might not adjust as load is applied, but rather they might adjust later on in the sequence.
This information if true, would require a newly revised experiment.
Any thoughts on the best way to start?

I think mine was delivered with misadjusted low beams. The low beams were only illuminating 20 to 30 meters at most (should be around 50meters per my country regulations) thats why I attemted manual adjustments. I'm not looking sor auto adjustment but just consistent reliable illumination distance
