My Renault App - No data showing

After receiving a few notification via the my Renault app that an update would be happening soon, I suddenly now see nothing on my 'home screen' for the Renault app. I'm not sure if the update has taken place, but cannot see charge level etc. Anyone else had this experience?

Similar here. Hopefully they're in the process of fixing the awful connectivity, but I'm not holding my breath.

Update: seems to be back to normal now.

I would recommend uninstalling app every so when it happens. Communication resets when you do it and its fixing it for me.
Also iphone version is awful and most of the time messing up so just decided not to use it, for example notifications that charging started/ stopped every 5 sec.
