I've had Intelligent Octopus working previously with this my Megane etech and a Victron Charger (configured to start automatically when plugged in), so I am 100% certain that this should work. It worked for several weeks without issue.

I have My Renault configured and logged in (in the car)
I have the Mobilize app configured.
I have the car added in Octopus go.

When I plug the car in the charger kicks in.
I get a message from Mobilize saying smart charging sessions started.
In Octopus it has "Scheduled" under the device, If I click on it I can see all the scheduled times.
I have home assistant with the octopus intelligent plug in - I can see all the scheduled dispatches appear as they should.
If I open the My Renault app under the type it says "delegated"... see Mobilize.. however it is charging...

This is all correct... however the car does not turn off the charger any more which it used to do very quickly... i've waited up to 5min. Previously it would send a "charged" signal whilst it was waiting to the charger but now it just pulls 7kw even during peak and outside the scheduled periods.

I've written some software to manage this but I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas?

I have tried
- reseting the head unit of the car
- removed the car from octopus, removed the location from Mobilize, and readded them + gone through the onboarding process again. It was all successful... but again doesn't work.
- I've tried all three of the charge options within the car settings under charge/climate... scheduled/delayed/instant. no joy...

Hi andyclimb,
Is it still filled with bugs?
I stopped using it because it had me getting into the car multiple times to restart a charge or try to make it work.
Once, it only gave the car about half the charge it was meant to.
I just don't have the patience to try and work around someone else's buggy software, but it's actually more than that: being that you might not have enough charge to travel because it doesn't work well enough, I had to stop using it.
Just like I would if a petrol station could fill my car up only sometimes.

I hope they fix this soon!
