Hi guys, I'm having difficulty downloading anything from the play store. I have activated the orange thingy. I have connected my car to my house wifi, and I've also used my phone as a Hotspot. It's showing "internet connection available". But if I click on say spotify, all I get is "pending" on any app i try to download. Been trying for days now and can't get anything to change. It's the Iconic model if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance

Hi there, I have had my car since September- everything was working fine until today. My sat nav isn’t working now it’s like it’s searching for my location on dash in front of me with a spinning circle arrow and I have a little symbol with an x over a car near the WiFi phone charge symbols. I haven’t changed anything - does anyone know what’s going on with it? I can’t even search for a car update and is says no internet connection

Yes i absolutely have experienced the same thing. I have to run my phone hotspot and Android Automotive is glitchy at best. Can be really annoying as it takes a few minutes to connect up. Lately i have been using Android Auto as far easier !

I think there may have been technical issues at Renaults end or an update messed everything up as mine wasn't working when I tried to set everything up, had me running around in circles trying to work out why, then on the Thursday it mostly started working, apart from in contracts, under "Infotainment" there is now a notice about technical issues.

I have connected to orange data and I used 1 Gig in 2 days ( I have used amazon music for a couple of hours max), I was going to pay the fee once it ran out but 2 gigs a month is pathetic if it uses so much data.

I think a lot of us use our phones to provide the data connection, (hotspot).

I got through 3gb of data in less than a week, listing to Amazon music.
Much easy to Bluetooth phone and play music that way.
