With a big storm heading our way and an amber warning about utilities disruption, I’m wondering if anyone knows how I can keep my Megane e-tech “on” while a power inverter is connected directly to the 12v battery?
I’ve done this successfully many times with previous EVs I’ve had (including a Zoe 4.0 and another Zoe GT Line). By keeping the ignition on, the traction battery keeps the 12v battery topped up.
Thoughts anyone?
We live out in the sticks and are always at the bottom of the priority list whenever there’s a fault with the power grid, so I’m panicking a little.
