Keyboard keeps disappearing on apps

Hi,
Got my Megane a few weeks ago and loving it so far.
I’m having an issue where on any apps I’ve downloaded to the car system I cannot input anything with the pop up keyboard as it only pops up for a second before disappearing.
Has anyone else had a similar issue or know any ways I might be able to fix this?
Doesn’t happen on apple carplay apps. I wanted to try out using Waze and the Electroverse maps for finding chargers.

Same on my Megane. I am still looking to fix that

Same here - bit of pain. Probably due to us having the smaller screen?
Hopefully Renault are aware and can fix it with an OTA.

Same here. It happened after the last software update and it hasn't been fixed yet. Pretty annoying.
