No internet with Orange data plan activated

Hi',
I own a Megane etech since September 2022 .Only now I've decided to subscribe the basic Orange plan for 2Gb a month.
I've filled the orange account with all my information and Vin number and the plan seems to be activated on January 04th but there isn't internet connection in car now.

Do you know why ? is it necessary to do something else ?

I had to go to the orange for renault website and register there. It's fucked that the sellers don't tell you that.

I've done that ..but car is still without internet for apps

Prior to receiving my car, I setup everything as stated here https://www.renault.co.uk/renault-conne ... ow-to.html
I did do a factory reset of the open-R link beforehand and did use my iPhone as a hotspot and still do.

When parked up at home it automatically connects to my Wi-Fi.
Looking at my orange usage it's hardly used anything, and I will NOT be renewing it due to the crazy price for a small amount of data. I'll stick to the iPhone as a hotspot

Hi everyone
My first post but at end of my tether
I got my brand spanking new megane etech techno+ 3rd January and my my Renault app doesn’t allow pre conditioning
I’m in regular contact (daily) with Renault
I’ve done everything asked
Delete app delete account etc etc
Still nothing
My app shows my car and tabs
I’ve a live orange account too
It’s taking shine off new car etc, it’s my 3 megane
App worked fine with last one which I’ve deleted etc
The data sharing is my hunch as my page on infotainment tells me about sharing/not sharing BUT doesn’t give me a button to choose
Last night I had a list of requests the length of my arm to do
Still nothing and in this weather it would be nice just to operate my app in house
Please guys if something clicks that I’ve not done please tell me

I assume you mean for the climate control? If so I'm in the same boat. This was one of the major draws for me for getting an EV.
