I read this post when it was first created, seems like I’ve just experienced similar issues today.
I can log into the app, everything is gone from the contracts section, all the information from the car about charge level is gone, charge planner section is gone. Tried force closing the app, rebooting the phone, still nothing. Weirdly I did get a notification from the app when my car was fully charged?!
What happened to the My Renault app?
Mines OK this morning. I did hear others had issues with it yesterday.
