Preconditioning via app

It's reached that time of year again where I want the car warmed up before I go outside. Tried to enable heating from the app this morning, and the app said Air Conditioning In Progress, but when I went outside nothing had happened. Anyone else had issues?

Yep. I’ve had the same problem. I’ve tried a number of ways to fix it including:
    Deleting the car from the app and re-adding.
      Factory resetting the car.
        Deleting the app and reinstalling.
          Combinations of the above.
            Signing in and out of MyRenault on the car and app.
            None of which have worked. Weirdly when I reinstalled the app, the UI was different but still saying the car was already preconditioning. This leads me to think something is wrong with the car side of things.
            At first I thought it wasn’t working because the temperature was already “ok” but after a 3 degrees Celsius morning today it still didn’t work.

            I've messaged Renault support on WhatsApp. Closed until Monday morning now.

            Glad it's not just me, the first time I used it, it worked but ever since it had been saying pre conditioning in operation.
            I've done the same as boutlair and had the UI change, but still the same.
            I'll try and contact Renault tech support and let you know if I've had any luck

            I have the same problem. Preconditioning it is always on in the app but nothing is on in the car. Had the car for 4 months and it has been working fine until today.
            What is going on?.

            Remembered to contact Renault support again today. They took details of software versions etc and referred it to their technicians. Watch this space...

            I got this today from Renault,it didn't worked for me though, copy and paste:

            "Hi,
            the related connected services for preconditioning have been reset and relaunched and in order to complete what the techs have initiated it is requested that you complete the following:

            •⁠ ⁠Start the vehicle and keep it running for at least 5 mins.
            •⁠ ⁠Then turn off the vehicle and start it again.
            -Then use the ‘check for update’ option, not in order to download an update but this will force the system to try and connect again to Renault's server.

            Press the car icon at the top right of screen > vehicle > update > Check for update
            [25/10/2024, 17:22:12] ‪+44 1923 895025‬: Then please logout and close the app and then open it and login again and let me know if the preconditioning issue is resolved or remains as prior."
