Hi, just got my Megane last week.
Anyone had a problem with the volume going to maximum and being unable to turn it down?
Had to factory reset to be able to control the volume again.
Hi from Uttoxeter
No not had that.
Do have the annoying bug that when listening to podcasts (doesn't happen with radio or Spotify) the satnav talks and the podcast volume is muted but doesn't come back up. So you manually increase it. Then next after the next sat nav announcement the volume of the podcast is too high. Drives me mad.

hi and welcome
I'm not sure to be honest, something similar happened to me which may be related. We were driving and I went to turn the volume up and absolutely nothing happened, so like you do I tapped the volume up button more and more, to no effect. then, a couple of minutes later the volume went up to max (which was painful) and we couldn't lower the volume at all. after a few more minutes it went a bit wappy and the volume went down and up of its own accord. we were close to home so I just powered the car off when we parked on the drive.
this has happened a couple of times and also affects the Multi sense button ( I couldn't change from eco to any other option)
it seems to me the software just had a glitch, I have found that if I notice the volume not changing after a couple of presses, I can ask google to turn the volume up (or down) and this works without causing an issue. eventually it seems to right itself. I'm hoping an update at some point might put this right
hope this makes sense and may help
