Wheel alignment

Hey, guys.

The car has nearly 40k miles on it in 4 months and 3 months of winter tires on it. All 4 of which are scuffed around the edges. Obviously the alignment is wrong, but the Renault dealership says the alignment is fine.
Have you had a similar experience? How to solve this problem? Should I also request new tyres?

The wear doesn't look that odd. If both inside and outside are worn it normally means running under inflated.

All 4 rubbers are brutally scuffed on the inside only.
There are even small cracks in the worn places.

Ah I see that now. The centre is down to the wear bar. Over inflated?
Also winter tyres if driven when the roads warm can get chewed up. The rubber is softer.
