One week in

Well I have lived with my megane e-tech for a week now ( well 10 days actually ) and I have to say so far I’m impressed.
I’ve charged it on public AC chargers and it seems to charge quite well at 22kwh compared to my Born that only charged at a max of 11 kWh. I signed up for the Tesla chargers too and it seemed to be cramming in the DC at about 120kwh and charged with no problems. ( Tesla obviously charge more for non teslas but to have an option for emergency charging it is worth it ) I’ve charged it at home a few times on my smart charger and after a call to them at Ev.energy who reconfigured my wall box no issues charging at all.
Done about 400 miles so far and at 100% charge it’s a showing 260 miles range and round town I suspect I’d get more. Had a couple of motorway runs with the adaptive cruise / air con and lane centring on and at 70 mph I suspect I’ll get about 220 miles on a charge.
I have experienced the issue with the alarm sounding but going in next week to have that rectified other than that it’s a delight to drive.
With the lane centring and adaptive cruise combined with speed limit recognition it quite literally drives itself ( it’s no autopilot but very close I guess and I keep getting the message to keep my hands on the wheel!!)
Would I recommend it ? At this stage I most definitely would having driven EV’s for about 8 years now the range is good the performance is excellent and at approximately 6 grand off list price the deal was amazing. Anyone looking to ordering there are amazing deals on stock vehicles in the network just now and if your local dealer can’t give you a deal message me and I’ll put you in touch with my dealer who have been awesome throughout.
