Yesterday the car told me it had an update.
Great I thought final after 7 months I'd get the charging fix Renault have identified and promised.
But no it was an update to fix electric motor failure.
Important no doubt but why wasn't the charging fix rolled out at the same time?
Not happy at all
Just had update on car but not included Zappi charging issue.

Just had the belated factory alarm fitted at the dealers. Spoke about the Zappi charge problem but they hadn't heard anything.
Contacted Renault customer services by email and they confirmed no release date yet for the software update re the charging issue.
But when I collected the car there is a note on the service sheet:
"Carried out software update to zappy charger"
Now how exactly they updated my zappi as its at home who knows.
But needless to say it still took 4 attempts to starts a fast charge at home.
