Thanks for posting this, from reading the posts on here, I'm not sure they can say it is a new faultTonka73 wrote: βFri Jun 14, 2024 3:06 pm Hiya having the same/similar issue. Car has been back with Renault dealer twice for various possible fixes.... However as of yesterday we learned something new......... What we have found is that one of the keys fobs is good and the second is not. We have one of those faraday pouches from Halford and when we put the second key in that no more false alarms. Speaking to the dealer after this realisation.... have stated its a known issues but very new and it seems to be something to do with key cloning protection ..... They have stated a solution is being worked on.
Hope this helps

I have just been on the phone trying to book my car with my local dealer for the alarm going off intermittently. It's been happening from delivery which was about a month ago.
I've noticed that it is more likely to go off if it locks and I walk around the front area of the car or the vicinity of the front once locked (After some time). An example would be that the car is on the drive and I'm in the garage with the key in my pocket.
I've been concentrating on getting the Renault app up and running correctly over the last two weeks, so that my charger can communicate with the car. Now that Renault have finally sorted it, I'm keen to get the alarm sorted.
I'm enjoying the car, so hoping they can resolve this annoying problem.
In the meantime, I may start using the other key to trial that.
