Renaul My App connection

I'm having problems connecting my phone to the My Renault application, have followed both phone and car instructions but car keeps saying "there is an error". Been back to Renault dealer and they can't get it too connect so I'm left with having to ring technical support but it's closed at the weekends when i have the time to ring. Has anyone out there had a similar problem and got it fixed, really getting fed up with technical support people only wanting to work 9-5, how can that work when people wanting support have to work the same hours.
