Charge history hasn't worked for a few days and is now missing from the app, along with almost everything else useful. Just a nice picture of my car now.
The API is still working as I have some custom code using it.

All still working on mine (UK), maybe check the contracts section, see if any of the connected packages have expired? From the help section, you can start a support case via WhatsApp, they respond pretty quickly

I have the exact same problem
My Ohme can’t connect to my car either
I have checked my car says connected to Renault
Really frustrating as not sure Ohme will charge car correctly tonight

My remote services have ended - despite saying 60 months
Would this cause the issue?

Sounds about right, I would contact Renault straight away, car hasn’t existed long enough for the services to have expired.
Click on the Help tab on the app then the Contact Us button, it’ll give you the phone and WhatsApp contact details.

Remote services contract says it has ended. I've contacted Renault via WhatsApp so look forward to a response in the morning.

I too have a problem with the app. The charge planner has disappeared and the connectivity contract section is empty
I had some advice from Renault via WhatsApp to turn connections on and off and‘soft reboot’ but it hasn’t helped.

It says the remote services contract has ended. Have contacted Renault via WhatsApp - looking forward to a response at 9am.
