Hi
When I use the Mégane eTech (MY25) then the state of charge automatically updates in the My Renault app.

However, if I lock the car and leave it unattended for, say, 2 days then the state of charge simply reports the charge as at the date / time I last used the car .... so it's not updating the Renault servers when the car is locked and not in use.

Is this normal or is there a setting I can make within the car to get it to update the Renault servers daily / weekly / monthly.

This is important (to me) as I'll be leaving the car unattended and locked for 3 months shortly and it would be good to be able to see how much vampire drain I'm getting (if any) and then I can get a neighbour to come and charge the car if needed

Thoughts?

This is a recent issue, perhaps from the last update of the app. Previously the app updated regularly showing an almost live charge status. Mine right now is 2 days out of date. I've tried logging in and out, clearing cache etc. to no avail.

Just noticed mine is out of date as well - so as you say it sounds like an app/ server issue

I've noticed when the state of charge gets stale like this then I can't enable preconditioning or change schedules or basically do anything from the app. I spoke to Renault support via their WhatsApp chat and they identified a connectivity fault with my car. It's booked into the local dealer at the end of this month for a fix, which is presumably just a software update that can't be done over the air.
