Many leases include vehicle tax. Gets priced in I guess but the prices vary so much day to day you could save it all and more by grabbing a deal when available.

I also suspect we'll see widespread RRP adjustments this year. The market is getting competitive and wholesale battery prices are continuing to tumble. It's been as low as $53/kWh recently, which puts the cost of the large Scenic battery in the $5000 range, not half the price of the car as we're often told.

(This is also a great counter to the grumpy petrolhead who tells you it'll cost 30 grand to replace your battery in 3 years)

Car taxed for another year yesterday.
Definitely worth getting one last year for free .
